A brief history of the Club
The original club was chartered in June 1983 as the Rotary Club of Windrush Valley. The original club banner, which was designed by one of the founder members, Mike Brown, depicts the valley of the the river Windrush and Burford church .
The name of the Club was changed from Windrush Valley to Burford, and then more recently, to Burford and Kingham when the two clubs merged (2016).
We are an active and friendly group of 14 members and we welcome enquiries about membership or volunteering at our events.
Please contact us if you would like to get involved with some of our events or come along to any of our Monday meetings at the Burford Golf Club (7.00pm for 7.30pm). More details about our meetings can be found here .
